Friday and Saturday Nights 
We slow smoke whole Prime Rib in our Pit. It's sliced to order and finished off to your favorite temperature. Get it blackened or not. either way it's smokey, tender and delicious. 
Served with Au jus and Horseradish Cream sauce and any two sides. 10 oz
